Bespoke Jewellery

Your bespoke jewellery journey starts with a consultation with a member of our friendly team. Whether this is in-person at our Harrogate store or via phone or email, we will discuss your requirements and ideas with you and guide you through the possibilities.

Once we have a design concept, a CAD design is created and shared with you along with the pricing. We will be transparent at all times with you regarding the price of your possible item of jewellery, you may be pleasantly surprised, bespoke does not always equal higher price.

The CAD may be changed as many times as necessary with no cost implication to ensure that we arrive at the perfect design. All CAD design quotes are valid for seven days, giving you time to consider if further changes are needed before proceeding.

Loose diamonds and gemstones can be viewed in-store for your approval, often with a selection obtained from which to choose. We can obtain a wide variety of gemstones, natural mined diamonds, laboratory-grown diamonds each available in different sizes, shapes and colours.

We can also have your bespoke item made from Single Mine Origin (SMO) gold. Traceable gold from a mine that guarantees that the surrounding community will be well supported.

Once you are happy with any diamonds or gemstones to be incorporated and the design is meeting all your requirements, we can proceed to the manufacturing step. A deposit is required at this stage, with the balance payable on collection of your item.

We have access to a selection of workshops, each with experienced, skilled teams and will select the workshop most suited to the specific item of jewellery you are requesting.

Most bespoke jewellery items are with you within around 6-8 weeks from the date we give the workshop the go-ahead. We will give you a delivery date specific to your bespoke item at the point of proceed.

Once your item arrives with us in-store and we have checked it over thoroughly, we will inform you it is available for collection. An exciting time, your vision becomes reality and ready to be enjoyed.

At Fattorinis we are always very happy to offer complimentary cleaning on all items purchased from us, including bespoke jewellery. Bring your jewellery into us, leave with us for a few hours and allow us to check it over and restore the sparkle.
